Logan Paul and Dillon Danis’ war took a turn when Paul’s fiance Nina Adgal was dragged into things. Danis messed around, and now he’s finding out in a big way.
It was previously reported that Nina Agdal was filing a restraining order on Dillon Danis. He fired back on X to say that he was never served. Now, TMZ reports that situation has changed.
Dillon Danis has finally been served after evading a process server for over a week. The process server confronted him on Monday outside his Jersey City residence. As Danis and two friends approached TMZ’s camera in a video, the server said, “I have a document for you, Mr. Danis,” attempting to hand him a brown envelope.
Dillon Danis denied it, stating, “That’s not me,” and walked towards his building’s doors. Since he couldn’t enter the building, the process server left the document on the floor. Danis had been avoiding process servers for several days, even joking that he was in North Korea and sharing images and surveillance videos of unsuccessful servers.
Earlier this month, we reported that Nina Agdal, whose fiancé Logan Paul is set to fight Danis on October 14th, had filed a lawsuit and restraining order against Danis. She accused him of incessantly bullying and trolling her online, over 250 times, and claimed humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm. Agdal also alleged that Danis had violated state and federal laws by accessing a private video on her phone. Now that Danis has been served, he has 21 days to respond to the complaint, as per New Jersey law.
Logan Paul is set to fight Dillon Danis on October 14 and The Maverick has taken a lot of trolling from his future opponent. Danis has taken constant shots at Paul’s fiancé, Nina Agdal, and now it’s a legal matter.
Dillon Danis even claimed that Nina Agdal looks like WWE Hall of Famer Edge. Logan Paul’s mother wasn’t off-limits either, as Danis took a shot at her with a twerking video.
We will keep an eye on this still-developing story, right here at Ringside News. It appears that Logan Paul’s fiance is going to duke it out with Dillon Danis before The Maverick does, but it’s in a legal sense.
