Rhea Ripley is most certainly one of the top female WWE Superstars right now and she has garnered a major fanbase thanks to her incredible dedication to her craft. She also admitted it was hard to re-establish The Judgment Day after kicking out Edge.
The Judgment Day is comprised of Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. Together, they have been wreaking havoc in WWE. Rhea Ripley and Mysterio have seen the most growth during their time in the faction
Back in June last year, Finn Balor joined Judgement Day and ended up taking over the faction. They all kicked out Edge and shocked fans. It marked the first time Balor was a heel in pro wrestling in many years.
While speaking to India Today, Rhea Ripley stated that without Edge, the stable needed to work hard to make an impact. She admitted that it was hard to re-establish The Judgment Day after kicking out the Rated R Superstar.
“There was never really a discussion about it. I think we just all felt the same way. It was hard at the start because we started with Edge, then we took Edge out because we didn’t like being bossed around and we took Finn in. Unfortunately, as soon as we did that, I got injured. I got taken out for a bit. So I wasn’t there to be there with the boys and build this new Judgment Day that we were trying to make and accomplish and put over for the crowd.”
We will have to wait and see what WWE has planned for The Judgment Day, as the company is clearly high on the faction after their booking in the past several months.
