Solo Sikoa Sows The Seeds For John Cena Match After WWE SmackDown

Solo Sikoa made his debut in NXT back in 2021 and was booked strongly since day one. His run on the main roster has been nothing short of phenomenal as WWE clearly has big plans for him. Sikoa also had a confrontation with John Cena on Smackdown this week and it appears he is sowing the seeds for a match with Cena.

During Smackdown this week, John Cena and Grayson Waller exchanged barbs as part of the Grayson Waller effect. However, The Bloodline eventually made their presence felt and attacked Cena.

During the segment, Solo Sikoa also had a confrontation with The Leader of Cenation. Following the conclusion of Friday Night Smackdown, Solo Sikoa took to his Instagram and uploaded a couple of photos of his confrontation with Cena, sowing the seeds for a match. This included a throwback photo of Cena and Umaga, likely from their Royal Rumble 2007 encounter.

WWE is also looking to book a match between Solo Sikoa and John Cena at the Royal Rumble next year. We’ll have to wait and see whether the match will end up happening next year.
