John Cena is a brand of his own and his name continues to be high value no matter what. The Leader of Cenation might have adopted a part-timer role over the last six years, but he is now on the longest run during his current stint in WWE. He also reunited with The Rock after a long time on Smackdown this week and it appears Cena reacted to his reunion.

This week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown opened in a huge way as The Rock made his return to the company after almost four years, as he dismantled Austin Theory on the microphone before laying the smackdown on him.

Afterwards, The Rock and John Cena had a moment backstage as they embraced, acknowledging each other’s history. John Cena took to Twitter and reacted to his reunion with The Rock, as he welcomed The Rock back home.

The best nights are the ones when we remember we’re all fans. Welcome home, @TheRock . Thank you, Denver. C U next week #Smackdown! @WWE @WWEonFOX

John Cena also had a lot to do during Smackdown this week, as he was part of The Grayson Waller effect before getting involved with The Bloodline. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next in store for Cena as we head towards the next Premium Live Event.
