Jaxson Ryker is undoubtedly one of the most controversial wrestlers to have ever competed in WWE. He openly supported Donald Trump while he was sending in the military to break up Black Lives Matter protests. Ryker is also against homosexuality and wanted people to rise up against it. He retired from pro wrestling last month and now it appears he is now a county sheriff following his retirement.
Jaxson Ryker joined WWE back in 2017 following a stint in Impact Wrestling. He remained in Vince McMahon’s company for four years until his release back in 2021 after a ton of controversy.
The former WWE Superstar retired from professional wrestling after his August 27th match in North Carolina. Ryker took to his Instagram and revealed that he was recently sworn in at the Iredell County Sheriff’s office, which is certainly an interesting career choice after professional wrestling.
What an honor. Yesterday September 14 2023 I was sworn in at the Iredell County Sheriffs office. New chapter. New career. May I always wear this badge and uniform with pride
We will have to see whether Jaxson Ryker will have a better time as a sheriff than he did as a professional wrestler. Regardless, he is happy with his decisions in life and that is all that matters.
