AEW has seen a ton of growth over the course of four years and it continues to make history with their upcoming events. AEW All In is certainly the company’s biggest event yet and it made history in many ways. That being said, it appears AEW All In and All Out’s pay-per-view numbers have been unveiled.
There were 11 matches at the pay-per-view and each of them lived up to the hype in their own way. It was a major financial success as well because the event topped $10 million at the gate.
AEW All In pay-per-view buys were also expected to be the greatest in the company’s history so far. According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was revealed that All In ended up doing closer to 180,000 buys, which makes it the second largest in AEW history, just behind AEW All Out 2021.
On the other hand, AEW All Out likely got around 90,000 pay-per-view buys and it is expected to get more in the next couple of weeks.
The current television total went from a 37.5 percent increase over Forbidden Door to 28.1 percent, and if those numbers holds true going forward, it’s closer to 180,000 buys rather than more than 190,000. It would still be the second largest, behind All Out 2021, in company history.
All Out is now up to 45 percent of All In for television and 50 percent or a little more on streaming. Could be as low as 81,000 total but more likely around 90,000, and perhaps more based on growth going forward in the next week or two.
It was recently revealed that AEW tacked on 10k fans in the attendance record, as it turned out the official numbers were inflated, with 72,265 being present for AEW All In instead. Regardless, AEW All In was a very important event in the company’s history so far and that is all that matters.
