Drew McIntyre Sets His Sights On Seth Rollins After Failure To Beat Roman Reigns

Drew McIntyre has accomplished a lot in WWE, especially after his return to the company in 2017. Despite being a 2-time WWE Champion, McIntyre has never been able to beat Roman Reigns. Now it appears McIntyre has set his sights on Seth Rollins.

The Scottish Warrior battled it out with Roman Reigns for the Induspited WWE Universal Championship at WWE Clash at the Castle last year. Despite all the momentum in the world, he was unable to defeat Reigns after Solo Sikoa interfered in the match.

While speaking to EssentiallySports in a recent interview, Drew McIntyre made it clear that he wants to go after Seth Rollins’ WWE World Heavyweight Championship and is determined to become the new champion.

“I want to make sure I get on a good run and earn the right to fight for the World title with Seth. And hopefully, get the right to become World Champion once again.”

WWE is also adding time to Drew McIntyre’s contract, so he will be sticking around till WrestleMania 40 next year. We’ll have to wait and see if McIntyre will end up becoming the WWE World Heavyweight Champion eventually.
