CM Punk Chants Break Out During WWE Superstar Spectacle

CM Punk’s run in WWE came to a shocking halt after the Royal Rumble in 2014 when he was frustrated with the company, which led to him walking out. Punk’s relationship with WWE is far from the best right now. That said, it appears CM Punk chants broke out during WWE Superstar Spectacle today.

CM Punk has never failed to burn bridges with many companies he has worked with, as controversy always follows him every step of the way. He was fired from AEW last week after a lot of drama and now reports have suggested he wants to return to WWE.

Ringside News exclusively reported that CM Punk made desperate attempt to return to WWE when he was part of the WWE Backstage show a few years ago. Other reports have suggested that he was interested in returning to WWE before his AEW comeback earlier this year.

WWE Superstar Spectacle took place in Hyderabad, India, today and it featured some solid matches. During Zoey Stark’s match against Natalya at the event, CM Punk chants broke out in a big way.

Ringside News also exclusively reported that CM Punk wants fans to believe WWE is an option for him. We’ll have to wait and see if he will end up returning to WWE somewhere down the line.
