Cedric Alexander, a former member of The Hurt Business, has expressed his interest in reuniting the dominant faction.
The Hurt Business, consisting of Bobby Lashley, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander, had a successful run in WWE during the Thunderdome era.
The group disbanded in March 2021, but fans have been hoping for their return. The official Twitter account of the USA Network recently marked the three-year anniversary of Cedric Alexander joining the faction. When asked if fans would like to see the group reform, Cedric responded positively, indicating that he’s open to the idea.
“Everyone! @WWE”, Cedric tweeted out to the account.
Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin were drafted as free agents in the 2023 WWE Draft, allowing them to appear on Raw, SmackDown, and NXT. Meanwhile, Bobby Lashley has formed a new stable on SmackDown with the Street Profits, although they are listed as heels within the company.
The possibility of The Hurt Business reuniting is sure to excite WWE fans who enjoyed their dominant run in the past.
