Triple H Reacts to Gunther’s Milestone as Longest-Reigning Intercontinental Champion

Gunther has established himself as one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time ever since he debuted in the company back in January 2019. In the years since he has only gotten better and better and even made history today. Now it appears Triple H reacted to Gunther becoming the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time.

The Ring General won the WWE Intercontinental Championship in June last year and has since defended it quite a few times already. With each win, Gunther’s stock rose exponentially and he became more and more dominating.

After defeating Chand Gable on RAW this week, it was all but confirmed he was going to make history and that is exactly what happened as Gunther is now the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time at 454 days, surpassing The Honky Tonk Man.

Triple H took to Twitter and reacted to Gunther making history, as he stated that Gunther has defined his own legacy and congratulated him on the historical achievement.

We will have to wait and see whether Chad Gable will end up defeating Gunther for the title, now that Gunther has etched his name in the annals of history in professional wrestling.
