Bray Wyatt had a lot of expectations to live up to after returning to WWE last year at Extreme Rules. Sadly, he will never be able to reach those expectations as he passed away on August 24th. That said, he had a WrestleMania match against The Undertaker, where he lost. Now it appears Kevin Nash couldn’t believe WWE didn’t let Wyatt beat The Deadman at WrestleMania 31.

Bray Wyatt was in a very weird place at the beginning of 2015, with no proper direction to speak of. That changed when he was engaged in a feud with The Undertaker that culminated in a match at WrestleMania 31.

However, Wyatt wasn’t able to defeat The Phenom and most people felt this was a huge disappointment. While speaking on the Kliq This podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash made it clear that he believes WWE messed up by not having Bray Wyatt beat The Deadman at WrestleMania 31.

“He was on a different plane … they were so different,” he said. “It was a believable gimmick and the thing was, and I will say it to the day I die –- if you weren’t gonna put over Bray at WrestleMania against The Undertaker … I was at that show and it was time. He was the chosen one and it would have put him over the top and he didn’t win. I think his push kind of took a s**t. You could have raised the stock in Bray.”

The Undertaker and Bray Wyatt shared the ring for the first time in years during the 30th Anniversary of Monday Night RAW, but nothing more happened after that. Regardless, fans will always remember Bray Wyatt for all of his accomplishments and that’s all that matters.
