AEW decided to fire CM Punk, and that move was seen in different ways throughout the pro wrestling world. Although he’s never ventured to AEW, Val Venis saw the news of this firing, and he had something very blunt to say.

Val Venis logged onto his shadow-banned X account to post something rather controversial. Of course, that is the only way that the former IC Champion knows how to post anymore.

If you ask Val Venis, Tony Khan didn’t need to fire CM Punk. Instead, the Big Valbowski suggested that TK “grow a pair” instead.

“Wrestling is a business that creates value for fans, talent, tv crews, ring crews, writers, concession workers, ect. Dont fire @CMPunk. @TonyKhan should grow a pair, take charge, law down the law & demand they take reality & parlay that into cold hard cash. #ItsBusiness.”

Val Venis previously said that CM Punk’s AEW firing was “karma” for his left-winged political views. Obviously, Val Venis is full of his own unique opinions, ones that he is not shy about sharing.

Keep in mind that Val Venis also once spread a rumor that The Pope was arrested. This latest post was just one in a long line of outlandish claims, including that The Rock “sold his soul to the devil.” Val Venis then made an incredibly bold claim about the vaccine in relation to Bray Wyatt’s passing. He also went off on The Rock once again, doubling down on his claim the Great One sold his soul.

We will keep a close eye on this situation, and everyone involved, right here at Ringside News. You never know what will happen next, but there is no shortage of opinion anywhere regarding this subject.
