The Young Bucks are undoubtedly in a league of their own when it comes to the business aspect of the industry. However, their polarizing personalities and approach to wrestling are not to everyone’s taste, and fans have learned to accept this. That said, it appears The Elite seemingly threw shade at CM Punk after his AEW firing.

CM Punk ended up destroying his reputation after AEW All Out last year, where he took part in a backstage brawl with The Elite. When he came back to Collision, fans had hoped he would be a better man.

That wasn’t the case as CM Punk and Jack Perry had been suspended following their backstage confrontation at AEW All In, which eventually led to Tony Khan firing CM Punk. Khan would then provide the reason behind Punk’s firing.

During the latest episode of Being The Elite, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks seemingly threw shade at CM Punk as Omega drank some Pepsi and was simply disgusted, as they opted for Coca-Cola instead and loved it. Pepsi is closely associated with CM Punk, as fans know.

Matt Jackson even ran victory laps after AEW Collision went off the air last week. Several top WWE Superstars are also against CM Punk returning to the company following his AEW firing. Only time will tell whether CM Punk will ever return to pro wrestling again.

What are your views on the shade they threw? Are you disappointed with CM Punk’s AEW firing? Let us know in the comments!
