Update: It seems that this was an error on Ticket Master’s part. Sean Sapp has since posted on X to let fans know to disregard this confusing email.

Original: AEW is going through a lot right now, with their huge success at All In London. However, lot of fans might be talking about the company’s backstage chaos, and how they are seemingly not in any reasonable order. Now, we have another confusing piece to add to that puzzle Tony Khan is putting together.

AEW introduced Collision with huge promotion for CM Punk’s return. Now that he is suspended once again, it appears that AEW has made an interesting move with their Saturday night show. We have no idea whether those two are connected, but it is certainly an interesting addition to the story.

Sean Sapp logged on X to say that fans have been sending him word that Ticket Master is sending out a very strange message on behalf of AEW.

A lot of fans are getting emails saying AEW Collision this week is moved to Friday

Fans who bought tickets for the September 3rd episode of AEW Collision have received a strange email from Ticket Master. That email said, “Your event is still on, but it’s been moved to a different time.”

It appears that AEW has moved their Collision event to September 2nd, which is a Friday. The event is still going on at the United Center, and there was mention of the TNT show going down, starting at 7:00 PM.

AEW typically films ROH matches before Collision every week, so the event starting an hour before the typical 8:00 PM start time is not different. The fact that Collision is apparently going down on Friday this week is certainly interesting.

We will have to see what AEW does this week. After all, they have not made any official announcement about Collision or Rampage. Stay tuned with Ringside News for more.
