The Young Bucks are undoubtedly in a league of their own when it comes to the business aspect of the industry. However, their polarizing personalities and approach to wrestling are not to everyone’s taste, and fans have learned to accept this. That said, it appears Matt Jackson claimed The Young Bucks are the greatest tag team of this generation.

The Young Bucks were one of the initial members of AEW as they are EVPs on top of in-ring performers. They have competed in several top-class matches over the years and are loved by many.

It was officially confirmed that FTR and The Young Bucks will square off against each other at AEW All In, something that fans found surprising. There is certainly no love lost between the two teams.

While speaking with Sports Illustrated, Matt Jackson talked about their upcoming match at All In on August 27th. Matt Jackson then claimed The Young Bucks are the greatest tag team of this generation.

I’d like to remind everyone who the hell we are,” says Matt Jackson. “We’re the Young Bucks.

“I’m 38 years old now, so physically I’m definitely no longer young. But mentally, spiritually, I’m that same guy. The same person who had all of those great matches. The same person who sold all those t-shirts. The same person who helped create the first All In. The same person who stylized modern wrestling and the same person who helped revolutionize tag team wrestling.

It’s time to remind everyone we are the greatest tag team of this generation.”

FTR will be defending the AEW World Tag Team Championships against The Young Bucks on August 27th at All In. We’ll have to wait and see whether The Bucks will end up beating FTR in their third match together.
