WWE paid tribute to Bray Wyatt this week on SmackDown. As they played clips from his career throughout the show, the WWE Universe was also treated to QR Codes, and now we know what those were linked to.

QR Codes and Bray Wyatt go hand-in-hand, because that multimedia tactic was used a brilliant marketing to hype his WWE return last year. Therefore, it was only fitting that WWE used QR Codes to link to the longer videos so fans could see the entire segment that WWE simply didn’t have time to air.

They aired six QR Codes throughout the night. The first was a link to a video hyping the Wyatt Family debut. That promo might go down in history as one of the best, and it should be studied by would-be pro wrestlers for the rest of time.

The second Bray Wyatt tribute included a link to The Fiend’s debut. That was quite a turning point for Bray Wyatt’s career. Of course, in the process, WWE had to skip years of fantastic stories with the Wyatt Family, but that just speaks to how incredible Bray Wyatt’s career was.

The third QR Code that WWE put up was a link to Bray Wyatt’s WWE World Title win at Elimination Chamber 2017. In that match, Wyatt defeated AJ Styles, John Cena, The Miz, Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin to win his first singles title in WWE.

WWE jumped ahead to the Firefly Fun House next. They linked to a video of the first episode of that fan-favorite series. You can check that out below, or you can actually check out a compilation of every Firefly Fun House segment, which we will put at the bottom of this article.

Bray Wyatt was released from WWE, which was a shock for many. After over a year absence, he made his triumphant return at Extreme Rules. That was quite a moment, and a video to that was the company’s 5th QR Code link.

Bray Wyatt’s final run in WWE was different. He was raw and revealed much more about his own inner demons. WWE used their 6th QR Code link to direct fans to a promo that Bray Wyatt cut on SmackDown in October as he addressed fans in a way he never did before.

Bray Wyatt’s passing is terrible in so many ways. Not only did the world lose a wonderful man, father, and creative mind, but there were also so many stories in WWE left to tell.

As Ringside News exclusively reported, there were plans for a new Wyatt Family faction. That would have included Bo Dallas as Uncle Howdy, Alexa Bliss, and possibly Eric Young. Sadly, that did not come to pass, and each of those people have taken different roads in life since then. The world was truly robbed when Bray Wyatt passed away.

Keep checking back in with us here at Ringside News as we continue covering this story to give Bray Wyatt every tribute we possibly can. RIP.
