AEW has a lot of plans for the future, but they’re not open for business when it comes to a sale. Tony Khan might have watched WWE go through a sales period, that ended with a UFC merger, but that isn’t his plan at all for All Elite Wrestling.

Tony Khan realized how much money it would take to open a pro wrestling company. He is also keeping it afloat, thanks to his great wealth. The Jacksonville Jaguars owner has given a ton of time and attention to AEW, because pro wrestling is a totally different world.

As Tony Khan was speaking to The Hollywood Reporter about whether the company is profitable, he dropped a lot of knowledge. Tony Khan stated that he has received “billion-dollar offers” to buy AEW outright.

“We have a valuation of — well, people have approached me with billion-dollar offers. So the business has grown. I’m not turning over huge cash profits. But as we approach the new media rights renewal, that is really the key not only to weekly profitability and cash flow, but also another large multiplier on top of the business valuation.”

We will have to see if Tony Khan ever sells his pro wrestling company. They certainly have a loaded roster of contracted talent and a few valuable assets. Odds are he won’t even consider that, because AEW is still going strong as they approach another landmark event in Wembley Stadium.

With All IN London coming up, which will be followed by All Out the next week, Tony Khan is obviously exhibiting zero signs that he might sell his pro wrestling company. As a lifelong fan, he is literally living his dream that started so many years ago as he fantasy booked cards in his bedroom.

What’s your take on Tony Khan receiving that kind of offer to buy AEW? Do you think TK will ever sell? Sound off in the comments to let us know what you think!
