AEW All In London is set to be a historic show in Wembley Stadium, and we might see some big surprises. It seems that Paul Wight might bring back his beloved Captain Insano character as well.

In late 2022, Paul Wight took on the role of Captain Insano in AEW, a character originally featured in the 1998 Adam Sandler movie, The Waterboy. This revival became possible due to All Elite Wrestling’s trademark application for the name Captain Insano in March 2021, granting them the rights to utilize the moniker. However, it appears that the resurgence of Captain Insano might not be the final chapter in this story.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that AEW may have plans for Captain Insano at All In London. They are making gear for Paul Wight. At this time, there are no more details beyond that, but it certainly seems interesting.

Fightful has been told that there has been Captain Insano gear being made for a possible use of the character, though we haven’t heard many details beyond that. Wight hasn’t wrestled since March 2022.

Paul Wight already has said recently that it’s a possibility for All In. He dropped a big tease that Captain Insano might be there as well.

Adam Sandler is a pro wrestling fan, and he admitted that in a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet. The outlet also noted that, “We’ve not been told about any Bobby Boucher integration.”

We will have to see what AEW has in store for fans at All In London, and we will have complete coverage right here at Ringside News. Wembley Stadium is set to receive a big show, and it might see the return of one Giant character as well.
