WWE has tried to find a huge Indian Superstar for a while, because they realize how amazing their fan base is in the country. While Jinder Mahal was WWE Champion, his reign was controversial, to say the least. Now, it appears that they are setting Indus Sher up for a big match as they return to India.

Indus Sher is gearing up for a significant showdown at WWE Superstar Spectacle in India, marking a promising opportunity for the tag team. This is a big return to the country, and one that is essentially thanks to the country’s television deal renewing.

Veer Mahaan and Sanga, known as Indus Sher, have experienced a somewhat inconsistent push within WWE. However, as the eagerly anticipated WWE Superstar Spectacle event in India approaches, Jinder Mahal has reportedly unveiled a major championship opportunity for the team.

According to Sportskeeda, Jinder Mahal has confirmed that Indus Sher will vie for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship when they face off against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn on September 8th.

Indus Sher has been absent from WWE television since their victory over Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin on the June 19th episode of WWE RAW. Nonetheless, they did make a recent appearance on the August 7th episode of WWE Main Event on Hulu, securing a win against Akira Tozawa and Apollo Crews.

While WWE has yet to officially announce the full match card for the upcoming event, they have excitingly revealed that John Cena will be making his wrestling debut in India on September 8th, adding to the anticipation surrounding this spectacular event.

We will have to see how things pan out for Indus Sher this time around. They might get a nice focus on them, as the tag team division is an open field full of very talented teams at the moment.
