The Bloodline is going through a huge storyline right now in WWE, but that’s nothing new. The stable has dominated WWE for years, and Roman Reigns made sure that his faction received top billing. Now, since they are seemingly splintering apart, this saga is getting even more interesting as they exit the bottom of the 3rd inning.

We previously reported that Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso’s match will be held off until a much bigger event. That being said, their match is not going down at Payback.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter was able to confirm that Roman Reigns will not be on that Payback show. This will be one of the many pay-per-view events that the Tribal Chief is able to skip.

On that note, the Bloodline will not be on SmackDown this week. They are getting the night off so that angle with Jey Uso quitting the company can settle a bit. That being said, we will have to see what happens in their absence.

Roman Reigns brings a ton of attention to himself whenever he’s in a match. WWE will have to figure out another way to attract attention to Payback, because the Head of the Table is taking the night off.

What’s your take on Roman Reigns’ part-time schedule as champion? Are you ready for him to lose the Undisputed Universal Title? Sound off in the comments to let us know what you think!
