Taz is one of the true veterans in the world of pro wrestling, as he made a name for himself in ECW and WWE. Taz was one of the mainstays of ECW and an integral part of ECW’s first-ever pay-per-view, Barely Legal. Being a veteran, there are some things that Taz isn’t a fan of and it appears chair shots to the head is one of them.

Taz is known to be outspoken and is never afraid to speak his mind if he ever feels like it. This includes even words or actions in professional wrestling that Taz simply has no liking for.

A fan recently took to Twitter and commented on a throwback clip of Brock Lesnar nailing a chair shot to the head of Brian Kendrick, stating that they miss chair shots to the head.

Taz saw the fan’s tweet and decided to reply to it, making it clear he feels differently. He explained why chair shots to the head should stay banned in professional wrestling, no matter what.

Spoken like someone who has never taken one (or many). Or someone who doesn’t have major memory loss.

Chairs to the head should STAY banned FOREVER.

***Wrestlers: don’t take them & don’t give them. Not worth it one bit.

Despite Taz’s aversion towards the action, chair shots to the head are still prevalent in pro wrestling sometimes. Even AEW is guilty of such a thing from a few years ago. Regardless, we do hope such chair shots never take place in any ring ever again.

What’s your view on what Taz said? Do you believe chair shots to the head should stay banned forever? Let us know in the comments!
