WWE is still going with the Bloodline saga taking center stage on any show they’re booked to appear on. That being said, not every possibility for the faction’s storyline is up for serous consideration.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted while writing about the SummerSlam main event match that, “The match itself was more throwing out things to keep the storyline going, with Jimmy and Jey now at odds and the inevitable Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa confrontation teased strongly when Reigns accidentally speared Sikoa. I could even see a major PPV built around a four-way with all four vying for the title.”

Ringside News reached out to inquire about the idea of a four-way Bloodline match. A tenured member of the creative team told us that they had “never heard that idea from anyone.”

The Bloodline have faced off against each other in a few different matches already. Roman Reigns battled both Jimmy and Jey, but has yet to take on Solo Sikoa. It appears that a four-way match is not something that is being discussed internally.

Roman Reigns and Jey Uso’s storyline took quite a turn this week when Main Event Jey Uso quit the Bloodline, SmackDown, and WWE. Now, it appears that they are on their way to another page in this seemingly never-ending storybook.

The Bloodline is not scheduled to be at SmackDown for SmackDown next week in Toronto. Only time will tell where this leads to, but you can click here for an exclusive spoiler on WWE’s current plan for the WrestleMania 40 main event.
