Ricky Starks and CM Punk battled in a match for the “Real” AEW World Title mast week on Collision. Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat was around as a special referee, but he also got in on in the action.
Starks beat Steamboat with the belt, whipping him several times. This week’s Collision included a segment where Tony Schaivone let Ricky Starks know that he is suspended for 30 days from the ring because of those actions.
Ricky Starks went further with his heel promo, and he said that that suspension won’t phase him. He got his manager’s license in the meantime, so he’s not leaving television at all. If anything, he will be an even bigger bad guy.
