Bray Wyatt’s eventual return to WWE is still a huge topic of conversation with fans. He vanished on the road to WrestleMania, and there has been no sign that he will be back any time soon. New reports about his health status were also a bit concerning.
It was previously reported that WWE is being very careful about Bray Wyatt’s health before he returns to the ring. That story snowballed into a lot of speculation that his return is coming soon, but that is not the case.
It was later reported that Bray Wyatt’s health has turned around, but things were not okay for a while. Fightful noted that, “the illness Bray was battling was both career and life-threatening, but that he’s improved significantly.”
Ringside News reached out to confirm this story about Bray Wyatt’s life-threatening illness. We were told by a tenured source within the company that, “there are HIPPA laws in place preventing the dissemination of that information, even corporately.”
That being said, unless Bray Wyatt personally provided that information, it is very dangerous to report such things as factual. We can only hope that if Bray Wyatt’s condition got that bad, then he was able to take the proper steps to get himself back to 100%.
WWE had big plans for Bray Wyatt’s new stable. Ringside News exclusively reported in July that, “Eric Young’s creative in WWE would have likely put him in a pretty significant spot within the company. There were ideas. But they weren’t for Eric Young. They were for Bray. And Bo. Eric was under consideration. There were also pitches for Alexa Bliss to join before her maternity leave, which were nixed when it was obvious she wouldn’t be around for all of 2023.”
We also exclusively reported that Bray Wyatt has not been seen backstage in WWE. We can only hope that status changes, but he has not been back as of this writing. His name is also still absent from the company’s internal roster.
WWE fans will have to remain patient for Bray Wyatt’s return to television. Until that happens, keep checking back with Ringside News for constant updates. As always, leave those comments in the space below to let us know what you’re thinking!
