Edge’s In-Ring Return & More Booked For WWE SmackDown Next Week

Edge made a big return this week on SmackDown, and nobody saw it coming. Of course, you would have if you saw the official spoilers before the show. Next week will see him wrestle once again, and now we know who his opponent will be.

Edge has expressed his desire for a significant match in Toronto next week, aiming to go head-to-head with Sheamus. The rationale behind this clash lies in their extensive personal history. Notably, Sheamus played a pivotal role in Edge’s comeback to the ring. Despite never crossing paths before, this is poised to change as they gear up for their first-ever encounter in the upcoming week.

During WWE SmackDown, they revealed that they will hold another Grayson Waller Affect segment next week as well. The former NXT stand out will have a very interesting guest in Rey Mysterio.

Rey Mysterio won the WWE United States Championship this week on SmackDown. This was a bit of a surprise, because he wasn’t even booked in the match. Next week, he will get a chance to hash things out with Grayson Waller on his talk show.

We will have to see what WWE books for next week’s SmackDown. So far, we just have one match and a segment to look forward to in Toronto, but it is already enough to get interest going.
