Shinsuke Nakamura Turns Heel On WWE RAW This Week

WWE put together a packed SummerSlam event this past weekend. The fallout also included one unexpected heel turn in the main event of RAW the next week.

Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins were supposed to have Sami Zayn as their tag team partner in the main event of RAW this week. They were supposed to take on The Judgment Day, but things didn’t pan out like that.

JD McDonagh took out Sami Zayn backstage during RAW this week, effectively restarting an angle that Vince McMahon halted. That opened the door for another shocking angle during the main event. Shinsuke Nakamura was then picked as Sami Zayn’s replacement in the match.

The babyfaces won their match over the Judgment Day in the main event, but the action wasn’t over yet. As Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and Shinsuke Nakamura were celebrating, the King of Strong Style turned on Cody Rhodes.

Shinsuke Nakamura took out Seth Rollins with a kick, leaving Cody Rhodes very confused. Then Shinsuke Nakamura left the ring, looking very menacing in the process. It seems that Shinsuke Nakamura is going heel once again. Only time will tell how it turns out this time around.
