Ronda Rousey entered WWE with an already established name from outside the pro wrestling business. Now, it seems that she is leaving, because she accomplished everything she sought out to do.

Ronda Rousey faced off against Shayna Baszler in a MMA Rules match at SummerSlam. The bout aimed to recreate an authentic mixed martial arts experience, with both athletes engaging in strikes, clinching against the ropes, and applying submission holds.

The intense match unfolded as Ronda and Shayna showcased their MMA prowess, exchanging fierce strikes and demonstrating their grappling skills. The two fighters engaged in close-quarters combat, utilizing the ropes as they would in a real MMA contest.

In the end, Shayna Baszler managed to execute a rear-naked choke submission hold, which ultimately led to Ronda Rousey passing out, resulting in Shayna securing a decisive victory. Ronda Rousey experienced her only submission loss in WWE, and she sent out a post on Instagram to make a very clear statement.

@qosbaszler you were the reason I got into this business… Now I got no reason to stay

Ringside News exclusively reported that the WWE creative team was told not to pitch any ideas for Ronda Rousey at this point. She is not available, and the thinking is that she won’t be for a very long time, if ever.

Ronda Rousey was able to put her friend Shayna Baszler over on her way out. That was very important to her, and the Baddest Woman on the Planet got exactly what she wanted as she closed out her story with WWE.
