Roman Reigns ushered in his own era of The Bloodline and has continued to rule over WWE since then. He also faced off against Jey Uso at WWE SummerSlam last week and it appears Reigns achieved a major personal record after the match.
Roman Reigns’ loss at Money In The Bank led to the trial of the Tribal Chief. Roman Reigns teased making Jey Uso the head of the table earlier this month, but that didn’t happen as he made it clear he will remain The Tribal Chief. Afterwards, Jey Uso challenged him to match at SummerSlam.
During the Trial Combat match at the WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event, Jey Uso was very close to finally beating Roman Reigns before Jimmy Uso interfered in the match and betrayed Jey Uso – costing him the match in the process.
As pointed out by Wrestle Ops, Roman Reigns had his longest PPV singles match in his entire career on the main roster with his match against Jey Uso. The match lasted for 36 minutes.

We will have to wait and see how WWE will book Jimmy and Jey Uso’s feud in the coming weeks. As for Roman Reigns, perhaps he will find a new opponent very soon as well.
