Dominik Mysterio’s character growth is nothing short of remarkable, as he wasn’t taken seriously as a babyface. His fortune changed after he turned to the dark side and is now one of the biggest heels in Vince McMahon’s company. Now it appears even Logan Paul wants to be as hated as Mysterio.

Logan Paul made his return at WWE Money in the Bank, where he took part in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. After failing to win the match, he began feuding with Ricochet on Monday Night RAW.

This culminated in a match against Ricochet at the WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event. The Maverick would end up winning the match after using a pair of brass knuckles.

While speaking on The Stephen A. Smith Show, Logan Paul talked about Dominik Mysterio’s ability to get insane heat and stated that he wants to be as hated as Mysterio.

“Well, there’s a person who’s actually active right now. Who I admire. His heel tendencies and he goes by the name of Dominik Mysterio. He’s Rey Mysterio’s son and he got a feud with his dad and it worked. The audience ate it up like they hate this guy now. I think it actually might be real hatred.

Dom puts the mic up to his mouth and he can’t get a word out because everyone in every single arena around the country, around the world is booing him. He cannot speak, he cannot cut promos. That’s where I want to be. I want to be so hated that I can’t talk when I enter the venue.”

Logan Paul also admitted that he loves being the bad guy. We will have to wait and see whether The Maverick will ever end up becoming as big a heel as Dominik Mysterio somewhere down the line.

What are your thoughts on what Logan Paul said? Do you think he will become as big a heel as Dominik Mysterio one day? Let us know in the comments!
