Sheamus has accomplished a lot in WWE, winning various championships during his time in the company. The Celtic Warrior has almost done it all when it comes to being a WWE Superstar and the sky is truly the limit for him. That said, it appears Sheamus made an admission recently.
Ever since Triple H took over as head of WWE Creative, a lot of talent have been getting more focus and better booking in general. This has been seen as a big win for WWE under Triple H’s care.
However, not everyone has been getting the same level of focus. After all, Sheamus, alongside his Brawling Brutes brethren haven’t been getting as much attention as of late now. This led to Sheamus criticizing WWE for how they have been booking his group.
Part-timers such as Logan Paul have been given more emphasis and even gets to compete in Premium Live Events. While speaking to the Daily Star, Sheamus reflected on his own position in WWE and admitted that it stings when part-timers take away spots in WWE Premium Live Events.
“They know when they put me on Smackdown every week they’re going to get two or three killer segments, but when it comes to the pay-per-views and you have the part-timers coming into the limelight, that [losing a spot to a part-timer] stings a little bit.
Sheamus also believes WWE wasted his organic momentum after the Clash At The Castle Premium Live Event last year. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see whether WWE will improve his booking in the future.
