Becky Lynch Not In Detroit At All For WWE SummerSlam

Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus were set to battle at SummerSlam, but then things changed. Their match was changed out of nowhere this week, and now The Man won’t even be around for the biggest party of the summer this year.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that fans can add Becky Lynch to the list of talent not in town for SummerSlam. The Man is not in Detroit for the biggest party of the summer with the rest of the talent.

Thursday, a report that Becky Lynch was in town for Summerslam was published, which Becky Lynch pretty clearly debunked by posting that she was actually at home in California. However, a lot of people didn’t seem to get the joke, and still thought she was working or something of the sort. We’ve confirmed that Lynch is not in Detroit and is not planned to make the trip in.

It was previously noted that Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus were not happy about their SummerSlam match getting moved. After all, as Ringside News exclusively reported, WWE is making a ton of money off that Slim Jim Battle Royal match.

We will have to see when Becky Lynch returns to WWE television. After all, she has a big match against Trish Stratus in Winnipeg in two weeks.
