WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff’s contributions to pro wrestling can never be understated. That being said, Easy E is a respected member of the business and people take notice of whatever he has to say even now. That said, it appears Vince Russo really doesn’t have any respect for him now.
The latest episode of “Dark Side of The Ring” focused on Bash At The Beach 2000, an event where everyone involved has a different recollection of what transpired there, with no one having the same views.
The four men at the center of the incident were Hulk Hogan, Jeff Jarrett, Eric Bischoff, and Vince Russo. While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Vice Russo stated that what he saw from Bischoff wasn’t surprising and made it clear he has no respect for Easy E for acting like a third-grader.
Eric Bischoff is what the wrestling business represents,” Russo said. “Because listen, man, I went into that documentary and said one thing to myself: ‘I am not going to bury anybody. I am not going to call anybody names. I’m not gonna get into the third-grade name-calling. I’m gonna go on that show and I’m just gonna state the facts of what happened.'”
Eric Bischoff will always be involved in WCW discussions no matter what and quite a few people still hold a grudge against him for how the company folded in the end. Regardless, that will not be changing anytime soon.
