Carmella has carved out a spot for herself in the WWE women’s division, despite not fitting the mould of a gifted in-ring performer. Mella overcame personal tragedy while back and was supported by friends, family and her fans throughout that entire ordeal. Things are much better for her now as she is pregnant and she even took part in the Miami Swim Week show last month. Now it appears she opened up about her experience there.
Carmella stayed strong and then previously stated that she wanted to have baby this year. Thankfully, Carmella will finally get her wish as the WWE Superstar announced that she is pregnant.
It has been several weeks since Carmella has been pregnant, but that never affected her confidence. After all, she walked for the Miami Swim Week show last month.
While speaking with Fox News, The Princess Of Staten Island talked about walking the Miami Swim Week show. Carmella stated that she was initially doubtful but eventually realized she can do whatever she sets her heart to and channeled her WWE character throughout the walk.
“I had a few fittings, and I was there with all of these other girls who have amazing bodies,” she said. “They’re probably 15 years younger than I am. … That’s when the doubt started creeping in. And then I was like, no, I’m not going to let my mind trick me into thinking that I can’t do this… [The day of] I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, what am I doing?’ I had to snap out of it. I had to channel my inner Carmella, my WWE character, who is super … overconfident. I had to channel that energy and just be like, who cares? What do I have to lose?”
Carmella revealed her baby bump at 20 weeks of pregnancy as well. We will have to wait and see when Carmella will be able to make her return to the squared circle after giving birth to her daughter.
