Buddy Matthews made his way to AEW back in 2022 following his WWE release the prior year. He is currently a member of The House Of Black and has been on a roll as the AEW Trios Champion. Now it appears he confirmed his health status after an injury scare at AEW Collision.
On this week’s episode AEW Collision, the show kicked off with Andrade El Idolo squaring off against Buddy Matthews in a ladder match, as they competed for Andrade’s mask.
During the match, Buddy Matthews went over to the ringside doctors to pop his shoulder back into place. He would ultimately lose the match despite interference from Julia Hart.
That said, there were a lot of concerns about his well-being after he popped his shoulder back into place. Buddy Matthews took to Twitter and commented on his status after the injury scare.
Never question if I give you my all.
It is not known whether Buddy Matthews suffered any serious shoulder injury. We will have to wait and see whether he will end up out of action for a significant amount of time in the end.
