Ricky Starks came out to cut a promo on CM Punk and that turned into a back-and-forth battle of words in the ring. It became apparent that Ricky Starks wanted to challenge CM Punk for his title.

CM Punk then said that Ricky Starks won the last time in their match thanks to a bad referee. He agreed to wrestle Starks again next week, with his title on the line, but they need a special referee.
