FOX’s show “Stars On Mars” presents an interesting premise, where celebrities live together in a simulated Martian community in the Australian Outback. However, former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Ronda Rousey had to leave the show voluntarily, missing her daughter too much. Despite her struggles, she was never in danger of being voted out, as she worked diligently alongside her fellow celebrities in the ersatz space commune.
During her time on the show, Rousey reportedly had some clashes with NFL running back-turned-actor Marshawn Lynch, although she was unable to get him off his feet.
Back in the world of pro wrestling, Rousey is currently involved in a feud with her former tag team partner Shayna Baszler. The betrayal by Baszler led to the duo losing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at Money in the Bank. The rivalry between the longtime friends was something they had desired to do in WWE for a long time. It’s rumored that Rousey has a set time for her next hiatus from WWE, which led to the impromptu split in the middle of their title defense.
Rousey seems to be paying Baszler back with this rivalry, as Baszler was the one who first introduced her to professional wrestling. Fans can expect some heated confrontations between the two in the coming weeks.
