WWE Preparing Odyssey Jones For SmackDown Debut Despite Being Drafted To RAW

WWE held a Draft a few months ago, but that doesn’t mean everyone has debuted yet. RAW and SmackDown Superstars were placed on their respective rosters, by Odyssey Jones has been backstage at both shows in recent memory, despite his absence from on-camera action.

Odyssey Jones has a ton of potential, and he will show fans what he has on SmackDown, despite being a part of the RAW roster according to the 2023 WWE Draft.

BWE tweeted out to let fans know what Odyssey Jones will debut on SmackDown very soon. He apparently got very good notes during his previous pre-show work.

Odyssey did great last time he work a preshow. He should debut on SD soon.

It was also noted that WWE has changed the way they view the draft lines at the moment. With so much recent success, WWE is on a roll, and they don’t have to worry about that as much. Now, they can use Superstars where they see fit, and apparently Odyssey Jones has found a place on SmackDown.

We will have to see what’s next for Odyssey Jones. It seems that he didn’t get a ton of exposure in NXT, mostly hiding his potential a bit on the mid-card. Only time will tell how much time he gets on the WWE main roster once he finally debuts.
