AEW has a lot of fans who just want the best for the product, and that can come with some criticism. One fan decided to take a grievance to AEW Dynamite in the form of a sign, and then the company made a big mistake as they showed the world.

AEW Dynamite was a loaded show this week, and they carried a few stories through the broadcast. They also featured a couple of women’s segments, but some fans would love to see more out of Tony Khan’s product.
One fan brought a sign to AEW Dynamite this week that said: “Book The Women’s Division Better.” Then they actually zoomed in on this sign during the show, which was a big mistake.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that this was not a good move at all. This was a case of either someone not reading the sign, reading it too late, or not even noticing the criticism of AEW’s product right in the middle of the screen.
AEW Dynamite’s camera stayed on this sign for long enough for everyone at home to read it. Plenty of screenshots were taken as well, and the sign has now gone viral.
Only time will tell if AEW’s women’s division sees an improvement after this. They have a very dedicated fan base, and lot of those fan have favorites in the women’s division that they would love to see featured in more than a 2-minute match each week.
