Dominik Mysterio is known for his heel antics at this point, and he draws a ton of heat from WWE fans all over. It’s hard for Dirty Dominik Mysterio to get a word in edgewise at this point, thanks to the constant boos, and it’s clear that Dom is only getting started.

WWE referee Charles Robinson has come forward about an incident he refers to as an ‘assault’ by Dominik Mysterio, issuing a stern warning to the rising star. This happened during a match, so it’s likely that this was also part of the plan.

During the July 23rd house show in Monterrey, Mexico, Dominik Mysterio had a championship opportunity, challenging Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. That match got the crowd to a fever-pitch, as WWE broke a new record with that tour of Mexico.

In response to the incident, Charles Robinson took to Twitter and posted a video from the event, capturing the moment when Dominik, also known as Dirty Dom, unleashed a punch at him out of frustration.

Charles Robinson delivered a strong warning to Dominik Mysterio, cautioning him about the consequences of his actions. The experienced referee predicted that the NXT North American Champion would face repercussions for his actions, indicating that justice will be served soon.

While in Monterrey Mexico I was assaulted by @DomMysterio35! I know for a fact @reymysterio raised him better than this. His time will come soon in @wwe.

Dominik Mysterio has not commented on this situation yet. We can only imagine that he got a kick out of the tweet, so a response might be on the way.

We will keep our eye on Dominik Mysterio as he progresses in WWE. Rey Mysterio’s son was seen as a bona fide star early on internally within WWE, but it took the WWE Universe a bit of time to warm up to him. Now, he garners one of the best reactions in the entire company.
