WWE Adds Big Matches To NXT Great American Bash Special

WWE will hold the next NXT Great American Bash on July 30th, 2023 at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park in Cedar Park, Texas. The card already had a few big matches, but the card wasn’t finished, as they added even more action this week on NXT.

NXT started off this week with a Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley promo. Then Wes Lee came out, and he wasn’t happy. Mustafa Ali joined them, and he wasn’t very pleased about Dirty Dominik Mysterio winning that title either. Soon, it was evident what was happening, as fans chanted “triple threat.”

Gable Steveson also made his big decision on WWE NXT this week. That segment ended with Steveson saying that he will face Baron Corbin at the Great American Bash. Interestingly enough, Baron Corbin will wrestle an Olympic Gold Medalist in his first match with Steveson, and he also wrestled another Olympic Gold Medalist, Kurt Angle,in his final match.

Ilja Dragunov will also challenge Carmelo Hayes for the NXT Title. Also, Tiffany Stratton will put her NXT Women’s Title on the line against Thea Hale in a submission match.
