WWE RAW Results Coverage, Reactions & Highlights For July 24, 2023

It’s Monday night, and you know what that means! WWE RAW will go down tonight, and Ringside News has got you covered with live play-by-play results coverage.

WWE RAW will start this week at 8:00 PM EST, as always. match-by-match highlights and results from the show will take place on this very page. Feel free to leave any reactions in the comment section below.

Tonight promises another exciting night of action as we get closer to SummerSlam. Ricochet is set to come face-to-face with Logan Paul. Also scheduled for tonight is the World Heavyweight Championship contract signing between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. The updated match card is as follows:

The opening package for the show airs.

Judgment Day is in the ring. Damian Priest says something in Spanish. Rhea Ripley says they now run all of the WWE. Finn says they have the Women’s World Champion, Senor Money in the Bank Damian Priest, and the next World Heavyweight Champion. Balor then asks to replay Dominik Mysterio’s win on NXT.

Rhea says it is her honor to introduce the new NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio. Dominik’s theme song plays and he walks to the ring. Dominik says he is the new NXT North American Champion. He then asks to roll his tribute package to celebrate his victory.

Kevin Owens’ music plays and he comes out with Sami Zayn. Owens says he is almost sure they did the same thing last week. He says Dominik tried to talk last week as well and nobody wanted to listen to him. He then says what gets to him is when people don’t learn. He then tells Dominik that no one cares about what he has to say.

Owens says the best thing he could do for this business is shut his mouth forever. Dominik says he won’t be disrespected. Sami says that’s because no one respects him. He then suggests that he can earn some respect if he goes one-on-one with Sami Zayn tonight. Dominik asks him to come get some.

Sami asks Dominik to put his title on the line. Rhea accepts on Dominik’s behalf.

Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark

Becky Lynch’s music plays and she walks to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Zoey Stark’s music plays and she walks down to the ring.

The match begins and Lynch attacks Stark in the corner. Lynch knocks down Stark. Cover! 1….2…..kick out. Becky sends Stark out of the ring. Lynch goes after her and sends her into the ring. Stark comes back with a springboard dropkick. Cover! 1….2…..kick out.

*Commercial break*

Lynch sends Stark into the barricade and sends her into the ring. Lynch climbs the top rope and hits a leg drop. Cover! 1….2….kick out. Lynch sends Stark outside the ring and attacks her. She sends her into the ring. Trish headbutts her and sends her into the ring. Stark knocks down Lynch. Cover! 1…2…kick.

Stark goes for Z360 but is blocked by Becky who hits the Becksploder suplex. Lynch with a superplex and she transitions into the arm bar but Stark powers out of it. Cover! 1…2….kick out.

Stark goes for the Phoenix splash and misses. Lynch locks in the disarm her. Trish distracts the referee and Stark takes advantage. She goes for a dive but Becky catches her and hits the Manhandle slam for the win.

Winner: Becky Lynch

Cody Rhodes is shown walking backstage.

*Commercial break*

Cody Rhodes’ music plays and he walks out to the ring. He gets on the mic and says we’ve all seen the clip of Lesnar beating him up with a chair in front of his mother. He says he is impressed. He lists Lesnar’s achievements. He says his mother wasn’t impressed.

Cody says his mother knew that Brock made a mistake last week which was he left him breathing. He says he wants to go to SummerSlam to embarrass Lesnar. Cody says he wants to beat Lesnar at SummerSlam because it’s what he deserves. He then says he will end this at SummerSlam and walks away.

Jackie interviews Ricochet who says he is happy Logan is coming to RAW. He says they are going to take care of some business when he shows up tonight.

NXT North American Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn’s entrance music plays and he walks to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Dominik Mysterio’s music hit and he makes his way to the ring with Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest.

The match starts and Sami takes down Dominik with an arm drag. Zayn sends Dominik out of the ring and dives onto him.

*Commercial break*

Sami attacks Dominik in the corner. Sami climbs the top rope. Rhea Ripley distracts the referee and Priest throws him off. Owens knocks Priest off the apron. The referee ejects Owens, Priest, and Ripley from ringside.

Sami with a Michinoku driver on Dominik. Cover! 1…2….kick out. Dominik rolls to the apron and hangs Sami on the ropes but he comes back with a clothesline. Cover! 1…2….kick out. Sami climbs the top rope but is stopped. Dominik is knocked of the top rope. Sami goes for a dive but Dominik catches him with a dropkick. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Sami goes for the blue thunder bomb but Dominik hits a hurricanrana. He goes for a 619 and misses. Sami hits the blue thunder bomb. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Dominik with a dropkick. He then follows it with the 619. Cover! 1…2….kick out.

Dominik hits the three amigos on Sami. Dominik goes for the frog splash but Sami gets his knees up. He hits an exploder suplex. Priest and Rhea distract Sami and Dominik rolls him up for the win.

Winner: Dominik Mysterio (c)

Owens is in the trainer’s room getting his shoulder checked. Ricochet runs into Shinsuke Nakamura and he asks him if he has seen Logan and he says he hasn’t. Ciampa shows up and says what happened last week was a mistake and they are even. He then warns him against interfering in his match.

Tommaso Ciampa vs. Bronson Reed

Bronson Reed’s music plays and he comes out to the ring.

Judgment Day is walking backstage. Dominik asks Crews to show some respect. Crews say he would like to see Priest try to intimidate him. Priest says he will receive his punishment tonight.

Tommaso Ciampa’s music plays and he comes down to the ring.

The match begins and Ciampa attacks Reed. Reed sends him outside the ring. Both men exchange strikes on the apron. Ciampa attacks Reed in the corner. Reed comes back with a powerslam. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Ciampa locks in a sleeper hold but Reed slams Ciampa. Reed knocks down Ciampa and hits an elbow drop on him. Ciampa rolls outside the ring. Reed goes for a dive from the apron but Ciampa catches him with a dropkick.

*Commercial break*

Reed goes to work on Ciampa. He hits a powerslam. Ciampa comes back with a reverse DDT. Ciampa attacks Reed in the corner and kicks him. Ciampa goes for the fairytale ending but Reed counters and sits on him. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Reed with a senton. Both men exchange strikes. Ciampa with a jumping knee. He then hits the air raid crash. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Shinsuke Nakamura comes out to the ringside. Ciampa asks him to go back. Reed hits a shoulder tackled off the apron. Reed sends him into the ring and hits the tsunami for the win.

Winner: Bronson Reed

Byron interviews Liv Morgan who says Raquel is hurting but she will be back soon to take care of Rhea she says Rhea is all hers tonight. She blames Rhea for being the reason they lost their tag titles. She says she was the last person to beat Rhea Ripley and there is no way she is backing down.

Sonya and Chelsea walk in and asks why they weren’t interviewed. Byron says she interviewed them last week. Chelsea says everything revolves around her. Ripley walks ins and they backtrack their comments and run away.

Rhea says she warned Raquel not to interfere in her business but she didn’t listen and so she took her out and now she will take out Liv.

Seth Rollins is talking backstage with Adam Pearce.

Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley

Liv Morgan’s music plays and she walks to the ring. Rhea Ripley attacks her from behind and sends her into the post. She then sends her into the barricade. Rhea grabs a steel chair and enters the ring. She headbutts her. She places the chair around Liv’s arm and stomps it. Rhea again places the chair around her arm and stomps it.

Winner: No Contest

*Commercial break*

Liv Morgan is getting checked backstage and she is in tears. The Alpha Academy is backstage. Gable congratulates Viking Raiders for their win. He then challenges them to an Academy Rules match. Maxxine says she has been embarrassing Valhalla for weeks and she challenges her to a match.

Ricochet’s music plays and he comes down to the ring. Ricochet gets on the mic and asks Logan to come out to the ring. He says he knows he is not hanging out in the locker room because everyone knows he doesn’t belong here. He says Logan is good but he is special every time he gets into this ring. He then says Logan is arrogant and he doesn’t respect anything they do.

He says Logan doesn’t understand the sacrifices they make and he never will. He says he wants to challenge him to a match at SummerSlam. Logan Paul attacks him from behind. He then accepts his challenge for a match at SummerSlam. He says he is going to show everyone why he is the best in the WWE. Ricochet gets up and superkicks him. He then hits a shooting star press on Logan.

Jackie interviews Shayna Baszler who says she is sick and tired of hearing Ronda’s name. She says she is going to settle this at SummerSlam in a fight.

Damian Priest vs. Apollo Crews

Damian Priest’s music plays and he comes out to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Byron interviews Logan who says what Ricochet did was unprofessional. He says next Monday he is coming for Ricochet.

Apollo Crews’ theme song plays and he walks to the ring.

The match starts and Priest kicks Crews in the face. Crews comes back with a dropkick. He sends Priest outside. Crews kicks him in the face and performs a moonsault. Crews sends him into the ring and hits a crossbody. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Priest fights back and attacks him in the corner. He then hits the broken arrow. Crews hits an enzuigiri. Priest comes back with a right hand. He then hits a clothesline. Priest hits the South of Heaven for the win.

Winner: Damian Priest

Jackie interviews Becky who says she has come around to Tampa. She says it’s not over till she wins.

Imperium’s music hit and they walk to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Viking Raiders says no one likes to fight like vikings. Valhalla accepts Maxxine’s challenge. She then advises Maxxine to consult the Gods because she will need them.

Drew McIntyre’s music hit and he walks to the ring. McIntyre says he is here and dressed and says they should do this right now. Gunther doesn’t want to defend it tonight. He says he humiliated Drew at WrestleMania. He accepts the match for SummerSlam.

Drew says he was 18 years old when he met Sheamus and they dreamt of having a singles match and they had the match but Gunther slid in to get the win but at SummerSlam it will be one-on-one and he will become the new Intercontinental Champion.

Kaiser asks how dare he speak to Gunther like that. McIntyre says he likes Kaiser and says he should be the leader of Imperium. Kaiser says he won’t let him disrespect Imperium. McIntyre challenges him to a fight right now and Kaiser seemingly accepts.

*Commercial break*

Drew McIntyre vs. Ludwig Kaiser

The match begins and McIntyre knocks down Kaiser and follows it with a bodyslam. He sends Kaiser out of the ring. He sends Kaiser into the post. McIntyre chops him down and sends him into the barricade. He sends Kaiser into the ring. Vinci distracts McIntyre and Kaiser sends him into the post.

He sends McIntyre into the post again and dropkicks him sending him outside the ring.

*Commercial break*

McIntyre plants Kaiser from the top rope. McIntyre with multiple clotheslines and a German suplex. He then hits a neckbreaker. Drew delivers a Glasgow kiss to Kaiser. He goes for the Claymore kick but Kaiser catches him with a kick. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

Kaiser with an enzuigiri but McIntyre comes back with a Claymore kick for the win.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

Gunther attacks McIntyre from behind with a German suplex and continues to attack him. Matt Riddles comes out to save him but gets taken out with a powerbomb by Gunther. Gunther then delivers a big boot to McIntyre.

McIntyre fights back and powerbombs Gunther through the table.

Jackie interviews Ronda Rousey who says she accepts Baszler’s challenge.

Finn Balor’s theme song plays and he walks to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Balor says Pearce was supposed to be here to oversee this chaos. He then says he and Seth Rollins is a professionals and hence, they can handle it like gentlemen. He asks Seth to come out and sign the contract.

Seth Rollins’ music plays and he walks to the ring. Balor signs the contract. Rollins says Balor has zero chance of walking out of SummerSlam as champion. He says miracles happen everyday and if someway he gets lucky, he will have a shorter reign than last time because Damian Priest will cash in on him.

Rollins then says SummerSlam is going to be the end of the Judgment Day. Balor signs the contract. Balor says Seth thinks he is so smart and that he runs this place but he doesn’t.

Judgment Day comes out to ringside. Balor says he has been losing for seven years and it’s driving him insane and it’s because of Seth. Seth attacks Balor. He sends Dominik out of the ring. But Priest takes out Rollins with the briefcase. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens come out but the numbers are too much. Priest hit the South of Heaven on Sami.

Judgment Day goes back to attacking him again. Priest with the razor’s edge while Dominik hit the frog splash and Balor hit the coup de grace.
