ECW legend Rhino recently had some kind words to say about WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey. During a virtual signing with Captain’s Corner, Rhino praised Rousey’s dedication and work ethic during her time in WWE.

According to Rhino, Rousey wasn’t just there to collect a paycheck. She showed immense commitment to her run in the company by putting in the effort and hard work. Before the shows, Rousey would work out and give her all in every performance, going above and beyond to deliver top-notch performances.

Rousey’s dedication to improving her wrestling skills was evident as she trained on the side with Dustin Rhodes, better known as Goldust, who worked closely with her. Rhino admired her determination and enthusiasm to excel in the wrestling world.

The former UFC fighter’s passion for wrestling was evident, as she genuinely wanted to be in WWE and prove herself in the squared circle. Rhino acknowledged her efforts and gave her credit for her dedication to the sport.

“Ronda Rousey, she’s cool. Yeah (she’s cool). I’ll be honest with you, she wasn’t one of those coming in and collecting a payday. She would work out before the shows… She’d go in there and she’d really put 150 percent in. Not 110 percent, 150. She would work with — I wanna say Goldust worked with her a lot and she really wanted to be there, because it wasn’t like, oh, she had no other choice or no other option. She wanted to be there and she wanted to excel at it. So, I give her all the props and I always say that.”

Ronda Rousey is now gearing up for a highly anticipated match against Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam next month. Given her commitment and hard work, it’s no surprise that she continues to be respected by her fellow wrestlers.
