WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is considered a legend in the pro wrestling business. Mick Foley worked in other companies and competed against several top stars in the industry. Being a veteran, it comes as no surprise that Foley refused to sign a legends deal unless a certain condition was met.

Throughout his legendary career, Mick Foley has been responsible for creating numerous iconic moments in WWE history. This includes his performance at the Hell In A Cell match, where he took a major bump that permanently damaged him. He was also part of numerous other dangerous moments in the company.

Mick Foley is known for his three gimmicks – namely Mankind, Cactus Jack and Dude Love. While speaking at the Mattel panel during the San Diego Comic Con, Mick Foley revealed that he would not sign another legends contract unless he had a guarantee that WWE was doing some type of three faces of Foley thing. His wish was fulfilled after the Three Faces of Foley WWE Elite set was revealed.

I have actively wished for this and hoped for it. I even drew a line in the sand when it came to my Legends Deal. I told my manager, ‘I’m not re-signing another Legends Deal unless I have a guarantee that they are doing some type of three faces of Foley thing.’ I guess I don’t need to worry about that now. This is really great.”

Mick Foley was also accused of concealing the pain from his injuries for years. Regardless, Mick Foley was worthy of such a condition and that’s all that matters.
