WWE is on a roll right now, and they are making big money as business continues building. This week’s set of television tapings is also set to be a very special one, especially for the company’s ticket revenue.
WWE is always breaking new records nowadays. With gaining interest, and a lot of great matches, fans are buying tickets in record numbers. The fact that WWE is putting on big matches in cities that love pro wrestling also really helps.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE is celebrating a big achievement this week. For the first time in forever, both RAW and SmackDown shows are sold out this week.
With the Raw sellout in Atlanta and Smackdown coming up in Orlando, this would be the first week in a long time where both Raw and Smackdown were sold out.
WWE is seeing a boom in popularity right now, and that can be contributed to many things. Only time will tell how long WWE will get to ride this wave of popularity, but it is apparent that the company is cashing in big time right now.
WWE is gearing up for SummerSlam, and they have some very hot stores in progress. If you add in the fact that WWE NXT is always a sellout in the Performance Center, that actually makes three sold-out shows this week for the company.
