Cody Rhodes May Be Nursing Another Injury Into SummerSlam

Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes are set to throw down at SummerSlam in a match that could steal the show. A gimmick match is expected for their bout as well, and Cody might be selling another attack along the way.

Cody Rhodes rocked a cast for a while to sell an attack from Brock Lesnar. It appears that this might become a growing trend at this point for the American Nightmare.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that, at this time, Cody Rhodes might elect to sell a brand-new injury. It was said that Rhodes was spotted in an arm sling after suffering another kimura attack from the Beast Incarnate.

I guess we’ll know next week on Raw, but Rhodes did have his left arm in a cast at the premiere selling the Lesnar Kimura attack.

Only time will tell how this situation pans out. After all, SummerSlam is set to be a big event, and now we know that Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes are going to tear the house down, however they go about things.
