AEW presented another Blood & Guts match for fans, and they did not disappoint. The company even did what they could to keep fans of women’s wrestling from complaining about an all-male show. Now, we know the injury status for all those talented performers who were in that main event match.

An injury update emerged after the AEW Dynamite Blood and Guts match that took place on July 19, 2023, at the TD Garden in Boston. That match has a history of producing injuries, but this year was different from the rest.

In the intense main event, The Golden Elite, consisting of Kenny Omega, “Hangman” Adam Page, The Young Bucks, and Kota Ibushi, united to face off against Blackpool Combat Club’s Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Konosuke Takeshita, and Pac.

The brutal encounter unfolded within a cage surrounding two rings, featuring the use of household tools, glass, chains, thumbtacks, tables, and more. It was quite a bloody match, complete with Kenny Omega slicing his side on a bed of nails.
