WWE’s developmental brand has a ton of talented Superstars of tomorrow. It seems that one tag team might not last much longer if signs are any indication of things.

Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo just returned to NXT a few weeks ago. Now, it appears that the newly-returned NXT Superstars are going through a bit of a change as well.

Angel and Humberto competed in a tag team match on WWE NXT this week. In the end, they lost to Dragon Lee and Nathan Frazer. This was a lost that they didn’t take well.

After the match, Humberto seemed really upset at Angel. The cousins might be splitting up far before we ever thought they would.

Humberto pushed Angel down at ringside, and he had some words with his cousin. Then Humberto headed off through the crowd, leaving Angel to chase after him.

This was an unexpected development. It appears that Angel and Humberto might have returned to NXT, so they could have a few barnburner matches in WWE’s developmental brand. After all, they might not have received that opportunity on the WWE main roster.
