Sheamus Shuts Down Idea That Ridge Holland Is Unsafe In The Ring

Ridge Holland was sadly a part of the spot that broke Big E’s neck. That German suplex outside the ring saw Big E land right on his head, breaking his neck, and putting a half to the former WWE Champion’s career. Still, Holland has people by his side.

During the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, an incident occurred where Ridge Holland, a member of Sheamus’ Brawling Brutes team, unintentionally got involved in a confrontation with Elton Prince of Pretty Deadly, resulting in Prince sustaining a shoulder injury.

In support of his tag team partner, Sheamus has shared his perspective on Holland’s physicality inside the ring in a recent interview with the Metro.

“I think Ridge got put in a situation or tarnished a little bit, people were saying he was dangerous and stuff. Ridge is an incredible athlete, he’s smooth as hell in the ring, and what happened was very unfortunate but I just feel like he hasn’t been given a proper opportunity to show what he can do.”

We will have to see what is next for Ridge Holland. He was sadly a part of Elton Prince’s recent injury, and that separated shoulder will but a half to Pretty Deadly’s run as well.

Big E, on the other hand, has not held a grudge against Ridge Holland. If anything, the two are totally okay with each other, especially after Holland sent Big E a box of meat as an apology gift.
