AEW has just announced the return of the two-ring Royal Rampage Battle Royal for next week’s episode of Rampage. This exciting match will feature a stacked lineup of competitors vying for supremacy in the squared circle.

During this week’s Rampage, a backstage segment revealed some of the participants who will be entering the Royal Rampage Battle Royal. The confirmed names include Matt Hardy, Ethan Page, Isiah Kassidy, Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh. With such a diverse mix of talent, fans can expect an intense and action-packed battle.

The Royal Rampage Battle Royal made its debut last year at the Rampage tapings following the Blood & Guts Dynamite event. The unique match format features two rings, with 10 competitors in each ring. Two wrestlers start the match in each ring, and every minute, a new participant enters, alternating between the rings. The aim is to eliminate opponents by tossing them over the top rope. The final two wrestlers from each ring then face off to determine the winner.

Last year’s Royal Rampage Battle Royal concluded with Brody King emerging victorious and earning a title shot against then-AEW World Champion Jon Moxley. This year, it remains to be seen how many participants will be involved and if the winner will receive a shot at the current AEW World Champion, MJF.

The event will be taped on Wednesday at the TD Garden in Boston, right after the Blood & Guts Dynamite concludes.
