Tonight promises an exciting night of action Asuka puts her WWE Women’s Championship on the line against Bianca Belair. Also scheduled for tonight is a Fatal 4-Way United States Title Invitational. The Updated match card is as follows:

WWE SmackDown Opener:

The opening package for the show airs.

Jey Uso is shown walking backstage.

Bianca Belair’s music hit and she walks down to the ring. She gets on the mic and says it’s hard to be patient and wait when you want something so badly. She says she has been waiting for a long time just to get a rematch. She also says tonight is her night. She says it’s her night to show Asuka that vengeance is sweet. She says tonight is her night to walk away as the WWE Women’s Champion.

Charlotte Flair’s music plays and she walks to the ring. She says Bianca got her fired up. She says she thinks Belair is going to win tonight. She says when Bianca wins she doesn’t want any confusion about who is next in line. She then tells her she is next so it will be Flair vs. Belair if she wins.

Belair says she doesn’t want to jinx herself because she is focused on Asuka but says if she wins nothing would be bigger than Flair vs. Belair at SummerSlam. Flair says if Belair wins it’s on and Bianca tells her she is ready for Asuka.

Brawling Brutes are backstage. Sheamus says it’s a big night for them tonight. Ridge says Pretty Deadly are going to get eaten tonight. They then head to the ring.

Brawling Brutes’ music plays and they walk to the ring.

Pretty Deadly’s theme song plays and they come out to the ring.

The match starts with Sheamus and Prince. Prince immediately runs out of the ring. Wilson comes into the match and Sheamus attacks him. He then slams Prince and Wilson. Sheamus hits a clothesline on Prince.

Ridge tags in and attacks Prince. Cover! 1…2….kick out. Prince fights back and attacks Ridge in the corner. Wilson tags in and attacks Ridge. Prince tags in and continues the attack. He tags out. Ridge fights back with a double backdrop. He tags out.

Sheamus sends Wilson to the apron and hits the ten beats of the bodhran.

*Commercial break*

Wilson with a running uppercut to Sheamus. He tags out. Prince attacks Sheamus and he tags out. Wilson kicks Sheamus in the face. Sheamus fights back with an electric chair. Wilson hit a neckbreaker. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Wilson climbs the top rope and goes for an axe handle but Sheamus catches him with a knee. Both men tag out.

Ridge attacks Pretty Deadly. He hits a power slam on Wilson. He attacks both men in the corner. Ridge with a belly-to-belly suplex to Prince. He then hits a fisherman buster. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Sheamus dives onto Wilson on the outside. Ridge slams Prince. Cover! 1…2…Wilson makes the save. Sheamus with a brogue kick to Wilson. Prince sends Sheamus over the top rope. He exposes the turnbuckle and sends Ridge into it. Prince hit a leg drop for the win.

Winner: Pretty Deadly

Cathy Kelley interviews Grayson Waller who says he is not surprised to be getting a #1 contender opportunity this early in his career. He says everyone is talking about Waller including The Rock. He says if he wants more of his clout, he knows where to find him. He says he is going to win tonight against some of the best SmackDown Superstars.

*Commercial break*

Charlotte Flair is walking backstage and Pearce asks her where is she going. Flair says she doesn’t want to interfere in Belair’s match and is leaving. She then walks away. Damage CTRL show and say Flair is not the only one feeling good about tonight. Flair comes back and says she will stay.

Zelina Vega vs. Bayley

Zelina Vega’s music hit and she comes out to the ring.

*Commercial break*

Bayley’s music hit and she walks out to the ring.

The match begins and Bayley attacks Vega sending her out of the ring. Vega fights back and hits a meteora. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Vega with the twist of fate. Cover! 1….2….kick out. She then sends Bayley out fo the ring. IYO hit her with the briefcase while the referee was distracted and Bayley hit the rose plant for the win.

Winner: Bayley

Shotzi shows up on the titantron. She says she is not scared. She takes a trimmer and says maybe she is a little weird but she is in control and she shaves her head.

Jey Uso’s music plays and he walks to the ring.

The OC is shown backstage celebrating Styles’ match.

Jey is in the ring. He says he and Jimmy were inseparable growing up. He says being twins is what makes them special. He says if Jimmy is sad, he’s sad and JImmy’s hurt, he’s hurt too. He says he never thought Jimmy would be hurt by his own family member. He says he respects everyone in their family except Roman Reigns. He then says he is going to spank Solo like he did last week. He says Paul Heyman has been controlling his family. Jey then says he is the head of the table and the tribal chief.

Paul Heyman comes out with Solo Sikoa. He says Solo is not here to enforce his will but he is here to enforce the peace. He tells Solo they are going to talk now. He says this is the way it has always been. He says next week he and Roman Reigns will go face-to-face to discuss the rules of engagement but tonight they are going to have a chat about things.

Heyman says Jey is sounding more and more like a tribal chief everyday. He then says Jey has no self-awareness and he doesn’t understand what happened last week. He blames Jey for what happened to Jimmy Uso. He says Jey wanted to be the tribal chief and it resulted in Jimmy ending up in the hospital.

He says he doesn’t know how Jimmy will ever forgive him and he says his father and mother will never forgive him. He says he loves Jey and Jimmy but will never forgive him. Paul then says Roman will never forgive him. Solo takes the mic and says what happened to Jimmy is on Jey but he will never forgive Jey either. They both exchange strikes. Jey superkicks Solo sending him out of the ring.

Jey turns his attention to Heyman. Solo attacks him from behind and attacks him. He goes for the spike but Jey takes him down and attacks him. He then superkicks Heyman and hits a suicide dive on Soloa. Jey gets a chair and attacks Solo sending him out of the ring.

Adam Pearce is backstage discussing the match with Bianca Belair.

Austin Theory’s music plays and he walks out.

United States Title Invitational: Santos Escobar vs. AJ Styles vs. Grayson Waller vs. Butch

Waller’s music plays and he comes down to the ring. Butch and Santos Escobar are in the ring. AJ Styles’ music hit and he comes out to the ring.

The match starts and Waller attacks Butch. He then rolls out of the ring and talks smack to Theory. Butch attacks him from behind. Styles hits Escobar with a dropkick sending him out of the ring. Butch hits him with a clothesline.

Butch and Styles exchange strikes but Escobar takes them out with a crossbody. He hits Waller with a dropkick. Butch hits Waller with a German suplex. Styles takes out Escobar and Butch.

*Commercial break*

Waller attacks Butch and knocks down Escobar. Waller sends Butch outside. Styles attacks Waller in the corner and hits a neckbreaker. Cover! 1…2…Butch breaks it up. Escobar attacks Butch in the corner. Escobar sets up Butch in the turnbuckle and hits a hurricanrana.

Escobar climbs the top rope but is stopped by Waller. Butch with an enzuigiri. Styles also attacks Waller. Styles and Butch go for the superplex and Escobar hit the sunset flip taking them all out.

Escobar with the double knees in the corner to all the men. He then hits the phantom driver on Waller. Cover! 1…2…Butch and Styles break it up. Styles, Butch, and Escobar exchange blows.

Butch with an enzuigiri to Escobar and Styles. Butch kicks Waller in the back of the neck. Waller sends BUtch over the top rope. He goes for a clothesline but Butch escapes and hits a moonsault. Escobar with a suicide dive on Butch. Styles hit the phenomenal forearm and goes for the Styles clash but Kross is shown backstage with a Kross jacket on Anderson. Styles leaves the ring but Waller attacks him from behind. He then hits a rolling stunner on Butch. Escobar then hits a splash on Waller for the win.

Winner: Santos Escobar

Pearce is shown talking backstage with Asuka.

AJ Styles is shown checking on Gallows and Anderson backstage. The Street Profits are in the parking lot and a limo pulls up. The door opens and Bobby Lashley comes out. He then invites them inside his limo and they drive away.

Cameron Grimes, Rey Mysterio, and Sheamus talk about how they are going to win the US title invitational next week.

LA Knight’s music plays and he walks out. He says all of a sudden he is everywhere. He says everybody wants to use his name to get views and clicks. He then says he is the best decision this company ever made. He says Theory’s title is in trouble because he is coming for the title. He says sooner or later everyone will be calling him champion.

WWE Women’s Championship: Asuka (c) vs. Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair’s music plays and she walks to the ring.

Asuka’s music plays and she walks to the ring.

The match starts and Belair knocks down Asuka. Belair attacks her in the corner. Damage CTRL are seated ringside. Asuka sends Belair into the turnbuckle. Asuka with a shoulder tackle on Belair.

Charlotte also comes out to the ringside area.

*Commercial break*

Belair with a suplex to Asuka. She hits a moonsault. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Belair sets up Asuka on the top rope. Asuka knocks her off and hits a missile dropkick. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Asuka with a knee to the face. She goes for the arm bar but Belair escapes and hits the spine buster. Cover! 1…2….kick out. Asuka goes for the Asuka lock but Belair escapes. Asuka sends her out of the ring. Belair hits a KOD on the announcer’s table. IYO, Bayley, and Charlotte jump the barricade. Charlotte takes out Bayley and argues with Bayley. IYO sends Charlotte into the ring post and she stares at Bayley. Charlotte accidentally spears Bayley and IYO attacks her with the briefcase. She sends Asuka into the ring and Bayley is about to cash in IYO’s briefcase but Asuka hit her with the blue mist and runs away.

Winner: Bayley via DQ
